Majestic Silver Corp. ("First Majestic" or the "Company") announced
today that Mr. Robert Young, P.
Eng., plans to retire from the Board of Directors on December 31, 2013. Mr. Young, a director of
the Company since September 7, 2006,
decided to retire to devote more time to his family and other
personal responsibilities.
