Ultimate Franchise Focuses Assets on Low-Carb Offerings ORLANDO,
Fla., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Franchise Systems,
Inc. (OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY) today announced it will
focus its resources, both human and financial, on rolling out new
Low-Carb offerings through all of its portfolio of brands. While
most of Ultimate's brands have already developed significant menu
items currently being offered, today's announcement signifies a
more distinct focus on the ever growing demand for more Low-Carb
offerings. Christopher Swartz, CEO of UFSY stated, "We have
continued to focus our marketing people on how to develop new menu
items that will meet the demand for these Low-Carb products while

Ultimate plans on offering this new line of products specifically
at its Submarine Sandwich, Pizza, and Hamburger brands. The company
also contemplates marketing all of these items under one branded
