Item 8.01     Other Information.
On December 10, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Roger A. Cregg to be Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Cregg has been a director since 2019. Further, the Board approved a reduction in the size of its Board to 6 directors effective January 1, 2025, following retirement of the current Chairman, Thomas M. White.
