More functional and user-friendly resource for
the public
The Oklahoma Ethics Commission (OEC) recently launched a new
redesigned website at http://www.ok.gov/ethics. The site serves as
a central hub for information on the many services offered by the
Commission and provides instant access to them 24/7.
“It’s important that we provide an informative and functional
website to keep Oklahomans up to date on the issues handled by the
Oklahoma Ethics Commission,” said OEC Chair, Karen Long. “Not only
is our redesigned website more visually appealing, but it also
offers a more user-friendly experience for Oklahomans searching for
information about the ethical conduct of state officials and
employees.”
Some of the services and information available on the new
website include:
- Campaign Finance Reporting
- Lobbyists and Liaisons Reporting
- Financial Disclosures
- Ethics Laws, Guides and Forms
- County, City and School Reporting
- Agency Information
The new website was built using OK.gov’s Web Management Suite,
allowing for easy and quick web development and maintenance, while
utilizing a standard state agency web template. The Oklahoma Ethics
Commission website and services result from a partnership between
the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES)
and OK.gov. More information about the new site can be found at
http://www.ok.gov/ethics.
