Explanation of Responses:
(1)  This amendment to Form 4 is being filed to correct a typographical error in the total amount of securities beneficially owned in the original Form 4 filed on September 26, 2017. The total amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting persons is 2,454,140, as was disclosed in the Schedule 13D amendment filed on September 27, 2017.
(2)  These shares are directly owned by Bright Praise Enterprises Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation. As sole director of Bright Praise Enterprises Limited, Choi Chung Leung Robert is deemed to be a beneficial owner of these shares.
