Disposal of Manica Gold Project

The Board of Xtract announces that further to the announcements on 24 January 2024 and 13 February 2024 in relation to the disposal of the Company's entire interests in the Manica Gold Project (as set out in the circular to the Company's shareholders dated 24 January 2024), the Long Stop Date has been extended from 15 February 2024 to 23 February 2024 to allow completion of certain administrative matters in relation the Disposal. A further announcement will be made in due course.

A Copy of this announcement will be available on the Company's website www.xtractresources.com. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms of this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the circular to shareholders dated 24 January 2024.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("UK MAR").
