                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


Waterline is pleased to announce that at its EGM held earlier today, the
resolution set out in the EGM notice included within the Circular sent to
shareholders was duly passed. The Directors will now take all such steps that
they consider to be necessary to carry the agreement into effect for the
acquisition of the property at Interchange Point.
