Delisting of Wellington shares


Wellington Holdings plc confirms that as stated in the offer document posted to
Wellington shareholders on 19 April 2005, the listing of Wellington shares on
the Official List and cancellation of trading of Wellington shares on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will occur 20 business days after
the offer being declared unconditional in all respects. As announced by Fenner
PLC on 20 May 2005 delisting of Wellington shares will occur on Monday 20 June
2005.
