UK SELECT TRUST LIMITED 
 
The Board recommend a final dividend of 2.73p (2007 2.55p) which if approved 
will be payable on 8 May 2009. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 
0.90p (2007 0.85p), bring the total dividend for the year to 3.63p (2207 3.40p). 
The Directors also propose that ordinary shareholders should be offered the 
right to elect to receive new ordinary shares in lieu of the cash final 
dividend. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 March 2009 and the record date 
for the final dividend will be 27 March 2009.
