    Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, TGE announces that it was today notified that Gas Fin Investments S.A. (which is part of the Gas
Fin Group of companies controlled by Vladimir Puklavec), yesterday purchased 88,234 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP12 per
ordinary share.  The Gas Fin group of companies is now beneficially interested in the ordinary share capital of the Company as follows:
