         Appointment of Non-Executive Deputy Chairman
                            
The Board of Partners Holdings Plc ("Partners") announces
the  appointment  of Mr H.J.M Tompkins  as  Non-executive
Deputy Chairman, with immediate effect.

Mr Tompkins was appointed a Non-executive Director of the
Group in April of this year.
