Progility plc (AIM: PGY), the project management services group, announces that, on 22 May 2015 it became aware that on 17 July 2014, Mr John Caterer, a non-executive director of Progility purchased 12,500 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8 pence per share.

Following this purchase, John Caterer is beneficially interested in 12,500 Progility shares representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
