Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it was notified on 30 March 2022 that David Rattigan, PDMR and
Group Chief Financial Officer, purchased 3,656 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 March 2022, at a
price of 1,340 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, David Rattigan's interest
in the Company is 5,315 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.014% of the
issued share capital.
