Further to the announcement of 25 November 2009, the Board of Medic Vision 
announces that cancellation of the admission of its ordinary shares to trading 
on the AIM market ("AIM") of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Cancellation") 
will become effective at 7.00 a.m. (UK time) on 24 December 2009. 
 
 
The Company intends to maintain its listing on the ASX following the 
Cancellation, thereby providing shareholders with a comparable dealing 
facility, via an AIM designated market.
