Board Appointment

The Board of Mobile Doctors Group PLC (AIM: MDG.L), one of the leading providers of medico-legal reports for personal injury claims, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Stewart Bright as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect 1 July 2011.

Robert, aged 61, has extensive board room experience, currently serving on the board of directors of Rias PLC, Ageas (UK) Limited and KwikFit Insurance Services Limited, amongst others. He was instrumental in the intensive program on the future of the internet at the University of Columbia and obtained relevant qualifications.

He has held senior board level positions within HSBC for 25 years and successfully managed a buy-out of HSBC Select (UK) Limited. He continued to head this company for four years before its final sell-out to Fortis Group in September 2005. Robert has several qualifications obtained whilst undertaking the banking insurance programmes provided by HSBC. He was instrumental in the intensive program on the future of the internet at the University of Columbia and obtained relevant qualifications.

Robert is currently associated with several companies from the financial services sector, for which he provides general business expertise.
