    *     The Company was notified on 5 September 2008 that Mr Ralph Pickering, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 356,223
ordinary shares between 3 September 2008 and 4 September 2008 for the total consideration of A$10,330.  
    *     The Company was notified on 21 October 2008 that Mr Ralph Pickering bought 333,906 ordinary shares between 15 October 2008 and 17
October 2008 for the total consideration of A$8,347.65.  

    Following the above acquisitions, Mr Pickering's holding is 690,129 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.25% of the issued
share capital.
