                              Agreement with IRIS



The Board of Invu plc ("Invu" Ticker: INVU), the document management software
provider, is delighted to announce an agreement with IRIS, a leader in the
accountancy software market.  Under the terms of the agreement, Invu's document
management software will be offered to IRIS' customer base within the
accountancy practice sector, which extends to over 5,400 sites.

The agreement, which commences on 17th January 2008, will see the integration of
Invu's Series 6 platform with the award winning IRIS Practice Management and
will enable users to increase efficiency when storing and retrieving documents
and reduce the amount of paper held.

David Morgan, Chief Executive of Invu plc, said,

"We are very excited by this agreement which is another endorsement of Series 6.
It offers us the opportunity to extend our software to a large number of
accountancy practices and, as such, IRIS' support adds further credibility to
the Invu brand.  We will only be able to gauge the full revenue impact of this
agreement after a period of initial marketing and sales activity, but we are
planning to service the demand with our normal high levels of customer service
and support."
