Ferrexpo PLC (FXPO.LN) said Friday it is declaring an interim dividend of 3.3 cents per share for the first six months of 2009.

MAIN FACTS:

-Compares to 3.2 U.S. cents per share in H1, 2008.

-Successfully concluded price negotiations with majority of long term contract customers until April 2010.

-Cash generation and visibility of future cash flows have improved as expected.

-Should continue to pay modest consistent dividends based on continuing profitability.
