| (1) Euroclear Nominees Limited hold 40,551,710 shares (6.8892%) in Ferrexpo plc as |
| nominee for the beneficial owner, Mr Igor Kolomoisky. These shares were previously |
| held indirectly by Mr Kolomoisky through Ralkon Commercial Limited and were |
| transferred to Mr Kolomoisky on 10 August 2009. |
| (2) Mr Kolomoisky has agreed with Fayver Properties Inc. (holder of 20,224,126 shares, |
| 3.4358% of Ferrexpo plc) to adhere to the terms of an agreement originally entered |
| into between Fayver Properties Inc and Ralkon Commercial Limited dated 18 March 2009, |
| under which the parties are bound to jointly exercise their voting rights in respect |
| of shares in Ferrexpo plc. |
