Freepages Group plc announces Partnership Agreement with Cendant

Freepages Group plc, the UK interactive consumer information
service  operating under the Scoot trading name, and Cendant
UK  Membership Services have today formalised a  partnership
agreement  making  Scoot part of the Cendant  Transfer  Plus
scheme.

This exclusive agreement has been reached after a successful
trial  phase  with Scoot already providing the Cendant  Home
Shopping  scheme  with  over 30,000  new  members.   Scoots
behavioural consumer database has now reached critical  mass
enabling  the company to further differentiate  and  develop
its  products  and services.  The first of these  membership
programmes is offering users access to targeted money saving
products such as those listed by Cendant Home Shopping.

Scoot will receive a percentage of the annual membership fee
for  each  fully  signed up member  in  perpetuity.   It  is
anticipated  that  this  will be  the  first  of  many  such
initiatives with Cendant which has a wide range of  consumer
services within its UK portfolio.

Commenting  on  todays announcement Robert  Bonnier,  Chief
Executive Officer of Freepages said:
