Result of Annual General
Meeting
Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an
international multi-brand franchise business, is pleased to
announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed on a poll.
Resolution 4, the re-appointment of Mark Fryer as a director of the
Company, was withdrawn by the board and not proposed at the
meeting.
