                   Capital Structure following Cash Placement 
 
Ordinary fully paid shares totaling 46,745,429 have now been placed by Finders 
Resources Limited ("Finders", AIM & ASX ticker FND) for AUD 28 cents each, being 
the second tranche of the $20.95 million fund raising announced 30(th) August 
2010 on AIM.
