                                Interim Results


In accordance with AIM Rule 18, FutureFuel Corp's (the"Company") interim results
for the six month period ending 30 June 2007 ("Interim Results") are due to be
released by September 30, 2007. In light of the Company's previous announcement
made on July 26, 2007 regarding its financial restatements, the Company will be
unable to comply with this deadline. The Company will release its Interim
Results as soon as reasonably practicable following this date.
