The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ("the Company") has signed a settlement agreement with the sole tenant of its French asset in relation to dilapidation costs due at lease expiry. On 30 September 2015, the lease will terminate and the tenant will vacate the property and pay to the Company a dilapidation cost indemnity equal to EUR2.5 million in exchange for the release of all of its obligations regarding reinstatement of the premises.
