Sale of property in Frankfurt, Germany

Further to the announcement made on 6 June 2013, regarding the binding commitment to sell a part of the Europort property in Frankfurt, the Board is pleased to announce completion of the transaction. A sale price of close to EUR700,000 has been achieved. All net sale proceeds will be used to reduce debt.
