    The Company informed on 8th August that Marwyn Neptune Fund LP acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 15 pence
per share on 7 August 2008. Following the acquisition, Marwyn Neptune Fund LP's interest in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
