Ceres Agriculture Fund Limited ("Ceres" or the "Company") announces that trading 
in its shares on the London Stock Exchange, and the listing of its shares on the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority, were cancelled with effect from 8 
a.m. today following the approval of a resolution for the voluntary winding-up 
of the Company.
