                      POSTING OF CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS


Further to the announcement made on 7 June 2002 by Comland Commercial PLC of the
proposed acquisition of four property companies and issue of new ordinary
shares, a circular, with further details of the acquisitions and the
arrangements for an Extraordinary General Meeting, was posted to shareholders
yesterday.  A copy of this circular is available for inspection for the next
