                         Contract with Canon

Centrom Group  plc  (AIM:CET),  the  supplier of  a  broad  range  of
innovative IT solutions with emphasis on sales to the healthcare  and
financial  services  sectors,  announces  that  is  has  concluded  a
contract with  Canon UK  Limited and  Canon Europe,  already  Centrom
partners, for the  development of software  interface connectors  for
Canon's range  of  Multi  Function Devices.  The  contract  territory
covers the UK  and the  rest of the  EU. Such  devices are  achieving
rapid market  penetration  as  the preferred  solution  for  business
processes,  ranging  from  scanning  and  printing  to  comprehensive
document management.

The contract will provide Centrom  with one off fees for  development
followed by an income stream based on annual maintenance fees.

Background:

As  EU   compliance   requirements   become   increasingly   onerous,
integrating  multi  function  devices  with  widely  used  enterprise
software solutions from companies such  as Open Text, also a  Centrom
partner,  Oracle  and  Microsoft,  ensures  a  secure  pathway  to  a
compliant environment for  public and private  sector businesses  and
organisations.

The contract with Canon  reinforces Centrom's role  as a provider  of
innovative IT solutions and complements an agreement already in place
to work closely with  Hitachi Data Systems  Limited to integrate  its
latest storage technology into compliant enterprise archives focusing
on the healthcare market.

Commenting Mike  Boseley,  chief  executive of  Centrom  said:  "This
