                                Result of AGM


The Board of Biocare is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting
held at 3pm today, all the resolutions were duly passed.

Following the resignation of the Finance Director, Nick Jenkins as announced
earlier today, the resolution seeking his re-appointment was withdrawn.

The Board is also delighted to announce, as announced earlier today, that
following today's AGM, Martin Shelley has been appointed as Finance Director and
William Van Klaveren as Non Executive Director.
