               BKN Announces Early Repayment of Convertible Bonds
                                        
BKN, the media and entertainment company specialising in the children's market, 
is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated the early repayment 
of two convertible bonds issued to Laurus Master Funds Limited (the "Bonds"). 
The Bonds were issued in October 2005 and January 2006 and today amount to 
approximately Euro5.2 million (including principal and interest). The Bonds carried 
an interest rate of 9.25%. The Company successfully negotiated the withdrawal by 
Laurus Master Funds Limited of the approximately Euro1.3 million contracted early 
redemption penalties.
