The Company announces that it was informed on 27 January 2005 of the following
share transaction.



On 27 January 2005, Wayne Mowat sold 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of #4.43
per share.  In addition Mr Mowat's wife, Kim Mowat, sold 2,800 Ordinary Shares
at a price of #4.43.  Wayne Mowat's remaining total beneficial holding is now
75,488 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital.
