to cancel all the issued Astaire Shares not held by

Evolve Capital PLC

Extension of period for making elections for the Cash Alternative

The document containing a Scheme of Arrangement for the cancellation of all Astaire Shares not held by Evolve Capital PLC ("Scheme Document") was posted on 14 September 2011.

Under the Scheme, Astaire shareholders may elect to receive consideration of 2p per Astaire Ordinary Share in cash, failing which they will receive 7 New Evolve Shares for every 5 Astaire Ordinary Shares held if all the conditions of the Scheme are satisfied.

The period for receipt of elections for the Cash Alternative was stated in the Scheme Document to expire at 3.00 pm on 5 October 2011. The date for receipt of elections has been extended to comply with the Takeover Code. Elections for the Cash Alternative should be received by 5.00pm on 7 October 2011 and may be withdrawn at any time prior to close of business on 19 October 2011 (or if the date of the Court Hearing is rearranged, such later date as is one week prior to the Court Hearing).

Astaire Shareholders who wish to withdraw elections to receive the cash alternative should write to Corporate Actions, Capita Registrars, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU.
