Appointment of Finance Director
Aerobox plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Knight to the Board
as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
Jeremy qualified as an accountant with the Kimberly Clark Corporation then spent
the early part of his career working in senior roles within the finance
departments of a number of multinational corporations. In 2001 he was recruited
by AIM listed Clipper Ventures Plc as Operations and Finance Director where he
was responsible for the successful acquisition and integration of a number of
companies, project managed a major capital project in China and saw the share
price increase from 8p to 32p per share.
Commenting on the appointment, Ray Gibbs, Managing Director, said:
"I am delighted that Jeremy has agreed to join us. The Group is in a
transitional period as we start to commercialise the thermoplastic platform
technology across a number of markets, and his wide financial and commercial
experience will be a real asset to the Group."
Jeremy added:

Jeremy Matthew Knight BA (Hons), MBA, ACMA, aged 43, is currently a director of
Corellen Limited and within the last five years has been a director of Clipper
Ventures plc, Clipper Ventures Online Limited, Grand Prix of Ocean Racing
Limited, and Zapcat Racing Limited.
