                               Holding in shares

The Company was notified on 17th January 2005 that Abingdon Capital plc had sold
its entire shareholding of 6,623,700 ordinary shares, and so had ceased to have
any interest in the Company's issued share capital. On the same date, the
Company was informed that City Equities Limited had purchased 2,600,000 ordinary
shares on 14th January 2005 and a further 6,385,470 ordinary shares on 17th
January 2005, giving City Equities Limited a shareholding of 8,975,470 ordinary
shares, approximately 13.78% of the Company's issued share capital. On the same
date, City Equities Limited sold 8,350,470 ordinary shares to their clients,
leaving City Equities Limited with 635,000 shares, approximately 0.98% of the
Company's issued share capital. Following these sales, therefore, City Equities
Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share
capital.
