                               AGM TRADING UPDATE

At the Annual General Meeting of Alpha Airports Group Plc being held today, the
Chairman, Graham Frost, made the following comments regarding current trading:

"In what is a traditionally relatively quiet period, before we go into the busy
Summer season, we are pleased to report that Alpha Airports Group Plc has
started the 2004/5 year well, with Group sales up 11.8% in the first 16 weeks.
UK sales are up 8.8% reflecting ongoing strong passenger growth at the regional
airports; International sales are up 28.4%, representing a strong recovery from
last year when business was adversely affected by the Iraq War and SARS. We are
pleased to report that our airline Flight Services sales are up 9.6%, and our
airport Retail sales are up 14.6%.

After an encouraging start to the new financial year, the Alpha Airports Group
Plc Board is cautiously optimistic that the growth enjoyed in last year's second
half will continue for the remainder of 2004/5, in line with market
expectations."
