each issued by the Company and constituted by a trust deed dated 28 November 2006, as amended and restated on 20 June 2007 and 12 November 2010, as supplemented on 25 March 2011, as further amended and restated on 29 June 2012 and as supplemented on 28 August 2012, 28 March 2018 and 24 May 2019 between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch in its capacity as trustee for the holders of the Notes.

Notification for STS Status for Pre-2019 Issuances

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE NOTES THAT:

The Company has been informed by Santander UK plc as Seller that on 16 July 2019 it submitted an STS notification to the European Securities and Markets Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority that the requirements of Articles 19 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 (the Securitisation Regulation) have been satisfied in respect of the designation of the Notes under, the 'simple, transparent and standardised' (STS) framework of the Securitisation Regulation (the STS Notification).

From 16 July 2019, materials in respect of such STS Notification will be available for viewing electronically by the holders of the Notes via the following link:

In addition, loan by loan information in respect of the portfolio and a liability cash flow model will be available for viewing electronically by the holders of the Notes via the following link:
