CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Affinity Water Limited ("Affinity
Water" or the "Company") announces today that Martin Roughead, has informed the
Board of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO")
and Executive Director of the Company to pursue other interests.
Martin will continue in both positions for six months to allow the
Company to make a new appointment and to ensure a smooth transition
for the business.
Ian
Tyler, Chair of the Board,
said: "On behalf of the
Board, I would like to thank Martin for the contribution he has
made to Affinity Water during his time as CFO. We wish him well for
the future."
Commenting on the resignation,
Keith Haslett, CEO said: "I
would like to thank Martin for his commitment and support in
progressing the business forward and laying the foundations for a
successful transition into AMP8 with the submission of our five
year business plan. The Company wishes him well as he pursues new
interests."
Martin Roughead said:
"I am stepping down to relocate
nearer family. I will miss working with the Board, executives,
colleagues, and stakeholders. However, I believe that I will leave
the Company stronger and ready to transition to a successful AMP8
period."
