Against the Romanian Leu, the US currency plummeted further in New York trading on Wednesday. The greenback dropped to a 2-week low of 2.8717 versus the leu at about 2:10 pm ET, which may be compared to Tuesday' s New York session close of 2.8891. The next downside target level for the greenback is seen around 2.8621.
