Today, the BBG P&A operations have 17 marine wholesale distribution centers throughout North America, including Diversified Marine's facilities. "Brunswick's dedication to improving the boating experience in general, and providing world-class service and delivery in particular, is in line with our core business values," said Daniel M. "With the support of the Brunswick Boat Group, we will have access to more resources to do what we do best -- offer our more than 2,000 customers in ten states an incomparable level of service, value and breadth of product offering." With approximately 80 employees and more than 200 suppliers, Diversified Marine operates three distribution facilities in Los Angeles and Sacramento, Calif.; and Spokane, Wash. Solomon will join Brunswick and continue to direct Diversified Marine operations. "With 17 distribution centers throughout North America, the BBG P&A business now offers same-day and next-day delivery to roughly 90 percent of the marine dealers and repair shops in the U.S., and we have every intention to continue to extend our rapid-delivery capabilities to the entire network over time," Gray added.
