                                 AGM Statement


The Annual General Meeting for Vitesse Media plc was held at 10.30 am on 27 June
2003. The Chairman made the following statement:


The first four months of this financial year have taken place against a
difficult economic and political backdrop. While there is a sense that
confidence has picked up in May and June, as yet this has not translated into
improved revenues. At the end of May, the management accounts show that the
business is hitting its targets at the bottom line. We reiterate the conclusion
given with the final results: we expect revenues to continue to grow and
bottom-line performance for the current year to be an improvement on the last
financial year.


Mr Stephen Tagg decided that he wouldn't offer himself for re-election as a
non-executive Director due to the pressure of his other business commitments. He
will remain as a consultant to the Company. We thank him for his contribution to
the business so far.
