Total Voting Rights

SulNOx Group Plc (AIM: SNOX), announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 101,141,539 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 101,141,539 .

The above figure of 101,141,539 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The above numbers do not include the new Ordinary Shares being issued under the Subscription and Exercise of Options announced on 29 June 2023, which will not be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market until the 5 and 6 June respectively. Once these new Ordinary Shares are admitted to trading, the total voting rights will increase to 107,711,393.
