that following sales of shares between June and August 2003, British Empire
Securities Plc has reduced its beneficial interest in the Company and now has an
interest in 4,875,000 ordinary shares. The holding, which is registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Limited, represents 3.50% of the Company's 139,195,505
ordinary 10p shares in issue.
