S4 Capital PLC said Wednesday that its MightyHive business will merge with Orca Pacific, an Amazon managed-service provider.

S4 Capital said the deal builds on its existing relationship with Amazon, offering an end-to-end e-commerce service, including retail management, advertising and content on Amazon's platform.
