BELLEVUE, WA,
Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ - The Tradeshow
Marketing Company Ltd. (Pink Sheets: TSHO), a direct sales company
that represents and markets unique consumer products in diverse
sales environments, announced it has terminated its
marketing, distribution and license agreement for the WonderPour™
product effective February 1, 2011.
The Company is completing fulfillment of its outstanding catalog
sales orders.
"Although the WonderPour product was successful
in catalog sales, it continued to underperform our expectations for
television sales. After evaluation of the recent media tests, we
have concluded that this product does not generate the required
returns for success under the Tradeshow sales model," said
Luniel de Beer, CEO of Tradeshow
Marketing. "Following detailed discussions with the inventor
regarding possible adjustments to the marketing agreement, we were
unable to arrive upon appropriate terms for both parties that
properly reflected the lowered sales projections. Although a
difficult decision, we have discontinued support for this product
in order to direct our resources toward other product
opportunities."
