Mr. Shoham stated, "During the past week I personally attended the All India Forensic Science Conference 2010, held in the city of Aurangabad, Maharashtra between December 28th and 31st, 2010."

IDenta Corp. along with the Indian representative company, Technomaxx (www.technomaxx.com) had a booth at this most important annual event. It is the third time that IDenta and Technomaxx have been present at this conference-expo.

IDenta's different products are already well known in the Indian forensic field and more and more agencies are switching to IDenta's products. We have been visited by and have had meetings with many of the decision makers from many Indian states. We have demonstrated the different products using simulation substances.

Technomaxx people are doing an excellent marketing job. Therefore during the expo time, the discussions to establish a new plant in India have been concluded.

IDenta will send to India the different chemical ampoules only, and the kits will be assembled at the new plant under IDenta's strict requirements and guidance.

The Technomaxx people believe that already in the current 2011 year, they will able to increase sales dramatically. In 2011 they are already looking to make sales in many hundreds of thousands of usd.

Currently Tecnomaxx are participating in four different tenders in the following Indian states: Karnataka, Rajasthan, Jammu-Kashmir and in Madhya-Pradesh.

With the new plant, Technomaxx will be able to reduce the end user price substantially, (due to the low labor expenses and the other price components). This will be a major advantage for Identa's products in India.

In a matter of a few weeks representatives from Technomaxx will come to the plant in Jerusalem, Israel, to learn in detail the production process (except the chemical process which will be always be done only by IDenta Corp).

India is a very important market for IDenta's different products. It is a huge territory and Technomaxx already has nine reps, in different Indian states. By the end of 2011, they will have enough local reps to cover all Indian states. The new reps will also cover the surrounding countries such as Nepal and Bhutan."
