Hunt Gold Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HGLC), formerly Prime Time Group, Inc. confirms that it has terminated the services of Action Stock Transfer Corp with immediate effect. The Company is of the opinion that this is in the best interests of stockholders. It was promised that stock in our Company would be issued immediately and made available to all eligible stockholders. Action Stock Transfer appears incapable of satisfying our request in a reasonable period time. A new Transfer Agent will be immediately appointed to the Company and the details announced on Monday January 7, 2008.
