Clean Energy Pathways, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CPWY), an alternative and renewable energy solutions company, announced today that it has started the initial structuring to move the company on its own to Bulletin Board status, without utilizing a reverse merger with an existing Bulletin Board company.

"Our recent attempt at a reverse merger with Bulletin Board company Atlas Capital Holdings could not be completed due to unforeseen issues," said Greg Clemons, CEO of Clean Energy Pathways. "We regret the delay and concerns of shareholders arising from this. However, safeguards we had in place protected our interests and helped point the way to better options. Based on our current business activity and the plans we have in place, our management believes our best path forward today is to take the company directly to the Bulletin Board. Thus, we have started the initial phase of moving Clean Energy Pathways, Inc. from Pink Sheets to the Bulletin Board.
