Efficiency Technologies, Inc. Enters Into Licensing Agreement
TULSA, Okla., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Efficiency
Technologies, Inc., (EffTec), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American
Resource Management, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheet: ARMM), announced that it
has entered into a three year licensing agreement with a worldwide
provider of integrated water treatment services. Pursuant to the
licensing agreement, EffTec will provide a proprietary website to
the licensee to offer the EffHVAC management reporting system to
its customers. "This licensing agreement is our first step in
making the EffHVAC system a global management tool in improving
chiller efficiencies. We believe the licensing agreement validates
our product as we begin offering it to the marketplace at a time
