SAN ANTONIO, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Argyle Security,
Inc. (dba ISI Security) (OTC Pink Sheets: ARGL.PK) ("ISI Security"
or the "Company"), a service and solutions provider in the physical
electronic security industry, announced today that, effective
March 12, 2013, Mr. Ray Gilley has been appointed President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Sam Youngblood, outgoing President and CEO, will
continue working with the Company in a consultancy role and
remain a Director on the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Gilley has served as President and COO of the Company's
commercial business, MCS Fire & Security, since 2012. As the
leader of MCS Fire & Security, Ray demonstrated a wealth of
experience and knowledge in the security industry that will enhance
the Company's corrections business. The Company will benefit from
his expertise and leadership as it strives to meet customer
expectations for quality solutions, and further strengthen our
position as a leader in the corrections market. Ray will also
continue to reestablish the Company as one of the strongest
commercial security and fire alarm contractors in the region.
Prior to joining MCS Fire & Security, Ray ran his own
commercial security company, Encompass Security, located in
Southlake, TX. prior to which he
served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Sonitrol Management Corporation located in Westlake, TX. He led the SMC group for
over 14 years, building the 7th largest commercial
security company in the country. He brings more than 33 years
of experience in securing complex commercial facilities in the
U.S.
